Rather than separate my businesses and personal world, I’ve decided to combine them all in one place.

At the core, my work is supporting humans to do whatever they do best.

I do that in a myriad of ways ranging from the health and wellness sector to creative arenas of photography, videography and social media marketing.

When I’m not working I spend my time in nature: hiking, trekking and traveling locally and around the world. My blog is where I will share these journeys as well as content related to both industries.
